Packaging and Contents:

Each of the Scythe CPU coolers comes in their retail packaging. These packages are universally covered in different languages. Each package was well fitted with cardboard to hold things in place. Additionally, all accessories were held within a cardboard box found at the very bottom of the packaging.

Each of the Scythe coolers, the Katana 2, Ninja Mini and the Ninja Plus Rev. B, came with the same basic components. Each cooler comes with a small plastic sample of thermal grease, a User’s Manual, the heatsink, the fan, mounting screws if needed, mounting harness for Intel 775 chipsets, mounting harness for AMD 754/939/940 and a mounting harness for the AMD AM2 chipset.

Both the Ninja Mini and the Katana 2 feature an AM2 harness that has an easy mount system featuring dual hinged levers. The Ninja Plus Rev. B differs with a much wider and more stiff.
