Conclusion:
If you are upgrading chances are you will be looking into getting some DDR3 memory. There are so many memory companies on the market it can be a little confusing what memory is best suited for your setup. Fact is, most new motherboards on the market accept DDR3 memory. Don’t get me wrong, there are still plenty of motherboard’s that accept DDR2 memory and DDR2 is still as faster or faster than DDR3. The big plus with DDR3 memory is higher speeds, so it’s recommended to go that route if you are doing a big upgrade or new system. DDR3 just makes sense with the new motherboard and processor being released currently.
While this is the first Aeneon memory product I tested, I’m very pleased with the XTUNE DDR3-1333 Memory Kit. I found the memory to be stable, reliable, and can even overclock. There is obviously faster memory on the market, but this is still a fantastic product. I’d easily recommend this product to anyone looking for DDR3 memory at the DDR3 1333MHz speed.
