Conclusion:

The Tuniq Tower 120 LFB cooler has a lot to attract buyers. The edgy shaping of the cooling fins is something that would look great in a windowed case. The addition of the Blue LED fan in this second revision of the original makes for a lot of wonderful blue luminance. The cooling ability of this cooler is right on par with other large tower coolers.

The installation was a bit of a pain with this cooler and removal of the motherboard is 99% guaranteed. This isn’t due to needing a new back plate as the Tower comes with mounting brackets compatible with stock mounting brackets. The issue comes with the sheer size of the cooler. You are not able to get your hands around the cooler to properly apply pressure for mounting. Now if you are an Intel user, you are guaranteed motherboard removal.

Overall this cooler has positives and negatives that could potentially sway any consumer. If you don’t plan on opening your case very often and your side panel has a window without fan, this cooler will be a wonderful addition to your system. For those that don’t care about looks and have a tremendous amount of airflow, including side fans, and plan on working inside your case more than usual, then the Tuniq Tower 120 LFB’s size is not for you. Overall this is a Great cooler and I would suggest some carful measuring before purchasing this cooler.
