This product was shipped in a cardboard box via UPS with lots of packaging snow. The product box itself is very pleasing to the eye and has cutouts for the coolers top two fans and the copper base to show through. Inside is a small box which has all the materials needed for installation and the cooler which is in a plastic casing.
What's included is the User's Manual, AM2 base plate, all the materials needed for installation, including thermal paste. Also note that removal of the motherboard is required for AM2 and LGA775 installation.
