"Only 2,676 people have come forward to join the class action lawsuit against developer Rockstar Games over Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas' sex scenes, disappointing the lawyers who created the suit.
"Am I disappointed? Sure," said lead lawyer Seth R. Lesser. "We can’t guess as to why now, several years later, people care or don’t care."
The suit permitted anyone who purchased the game to claim between $5 and $35 in compensation if they were offended by the game's hidden sex scenes." ~blog.wired.com
