Page 6 of 6 Closing Thoughts: Now what review would be complete without a little testing and charts? The geek in me just had to find out how good these temperature probes really are. For comparison we used the ThermoHAWK 200 Infrared Thermometer. Using both the probe and thermometer on the same spot at the rear of the case the average rate of detection was withing 1/10 of a degree of each other, seems accurate enough. The NZXT Sentry LX fan controller succeeds in constructing order out of chaos. It delivers everything that you need in a fan controller and more. Where as most other fan controllers only regulate that of a few fans, this product takes-the-cake with support for 5-fans, 5-temperature probes and a huge dual-bay LCD display. For NZXT to have combined all of these features into one sleek fan controller is really KICKASS! Perhaps in the future, the next fan controller from NZXT could include software to control it from windows and include a display Lock. They could even integrate a touch screen display with customized fan controller templates and auto shut down features, now that would be 100% kickass. So what are you waiting for? Go out and get your own! ![]() > ADDITIONAL INFO/COMMENTS IN THE FORUMS < |
