Page 5 of 6 Installation: In order to use this product, you will first need to install the software. On the included CD they have; Digital Media Player software/drivers, Windows Media Player, Adobe Acrobat Reader and the User's Manual. ![]() First, install the Digital Media Player software. ![]() Now, connect the USB pod (wireless transmitter) to your computer's USB port. ![]() Windows will automatically recognize it and install the drivers. As you can see below, it's installed under the USB controllers in the device manager. ![]() One important step you don't want to forget is to enable the default sound playback device to your computer's sound card. On installation, the Digital Media Player (DMP) will automatically be selected. Please remember to change it back, otherwise it will use the DMP for all your audio playback. ![]() Once everything is installed, turn on the DMP and start the BT Voyager DMP software. The software will give you a number of audio modes. Internet Radio Mode: There are a number of preset Internet Radio stations, but you can easily add your own. Remember, it's your computer which is connecting to the Net for the Internet Radio and the USB Pod is transmitting it to the DMP. ![]() MP3 Mode: Allows playback on the DMP of MP3 or other audio files that are on your computer's hard drive. ![]() Audio CD Mode: This enables you to play audio files directly from your computer's CD/DVD drive to the DMP. ![]() FM Mode: Allows playback of local FM stations in your local area. ![]() Multimedia Mode: Allows playback of any audio media from your computer system to the DMP. ![]() |
