Conclusion:

Everyone needs a mouse, but does everyone need a mouse that has high dpi levels? For you average computer user, probably not and a cheap-o optical mouse would do. On the other hand, if you are a gamer you do require a highly responsive mouse. Both the XG Lazer 2500 and Optical 2000 would suit most gamers perfectly. The Lazer 2500 would definitely be preferred by hardcore gamers who require that extra 500 dpi. Let's face it, quick and accurate in the right hands can mean life or death. Both of these mice are comfortable to hold and have 5 buttons and a scroll wheel. One very cool feature is the DPI button and the corresponding LED color indication. Smart, very smart. To top it off, they look fantastic and are affordable. Hard to go wrong with either of these mice.
