One of the first things you will notice is this memory
doesn't have a heatspreader. Normally most non-ECC memory will come with an
aluminum heatspreader to dissipate the heat. This ECC memory doesn't need it
because it runs cool. Also, who's going to be looking and admiring a fancy
heatspreader inside a server box?
Each module has the Crucial stickers which have
the part number and other information about the memory.
