Testing:
For comparison, we will be testing the Toshiba 2gig TransMemory against a 1gig PNY Attaché thumb drive using a system comprised of an AMD 3800+ X2 CPU, ECS KA3 MVP motherboard and 2gig’s of Crucial Ballistix PC2-6400 DDR2 (2 x 1gig).
During testing, we were pleasantly surprised by blue LED activity indicator. This LED blinks on and off rapidly in a consistent pattern and not in sync with the bits that are being passed through like with the Attaché drive.
