Introduction:
Cooler Master, long known for their quality products, lately has been reinventing themselves by introducing new and beautiful styles in their coolers and cases. With products like their Mars and Hyper TX coolers, their focus on quality and beauty is something that is hardly matched by any other manufacturer on the market. Here is what their website says about their newest cooler, the Eclipse:
"The look is different, because this cooler is different. Cooler Master’s brand new cooler – Eclipse is the realization of a lifestyle that integrates style and function, beauty and technology. Eclipse’s exceptional design of a gliding fan duct impeccably channels the airflow to cool down not only CPU itself, but also the surrounding components (VRM, Memory, NB Chipset, and etc). Eclipse supports both the latest AMD AM2 and Intel Core 2 Dual." ~CoolerMaster.com
As we had seen with their Mars cooler, the looks do not determine the performance. The Hyper TX surprised us with a simplistic design, good looks, and great results. The newest addition to the respectable Cooler Master family is the Eclipse heat sink and fan. With a very unique design and integrated fan, let's see if this cooler can "Eclipse" the competition! ;)
