Packaging:
They shipped this product in padded FedEX pak. While the product wasn't
damaged, the box was a little squat on the edges. I would recommend that they
ship all their products in a cardboard box to avoid this. Their copperhead mouse
product came in a box. This insures that the product
will not get damaged. Consumers do not appreciate shipping related
damage, no matter how minor. Usually, if you package it right it will get there
safe and sound.
There's a lot of time and money that goes into the packaging. Let's face it,
the box is what consumers see and it should look appealing and showcase the
product and it's features. This packaging easily accomplishes that goal. As you
can see from the below pictures, the mouse itself is visible by opening a flip
up door. To remove the product, simply cut the tape seal(s) and slide
the inside out. The mouse is sandwiched between plastic to hold it in place, but
is easily removed. So you don't need an engineering degree and Swiss Army
knife to open this product!

I mentioned tape seals above.
If they are broken there's a
good chance the product was opened, used, or refurbished.
If the seal is broken I would recommend
contacting Razer or the reseller for a replacement ASAP.
I wish more manufactures
would have seals on their products. Good job Razer :)

Included is a User's Manual, Software/Driver CD and the Razer DeathAdder Mouse.
