Seal was a completely new brand to us when we received the TV-1007 LCD TV. I can say that this product does have a lot of value built into an affordable package. As most wholesale products, there are some features that are left out. This day and age, some kind of VGA or DVI input is pretty standard. Even many of the mobile vehicle based units even have Component or HDMI inputs. The TV-1007 does offer a built in tuner, but with very poor reception. The Composite input works as any other composite based product. The fact that Seal decided to produce an awkward pixel ratio LCD forcing signal stretching makes us a bit upset. In a world of standards and guidelines, it's nice to know what you buy is going to match what you're already have.
All in all the Seal TV-1007 is a product with a lot of value. This screen can accommodate a wide range of installations along with flexibility to be a mobile unit, while at the same time you could very well choose to place this in your cubicle for those long Saturday shifts. As this product is selling at Geeks.com for fewer than three digits, the Seal TV-1007 is a Great Value! Our thanks to Geeks.com for this review sample and their continued support of 3dGameMan.com!
