CoolIT Systems sent the RAM Fan to use for review in a standard brown shipping box surrounded by Styrofoam peanuts. The unit itself comes in a plastic retail blister pack. As always, please be careful when opening this type of packaging as it does require you to use a pair of scissors or other cutting instrument. The RAM Fan does not include any manuals. The only notation for installation is found on the back of the packaging simply telling you to clip it to your memory modules and then plugging in the power header.
