Page 4 of 6 A closer look: ![]() Like the majority of new power supplies on the market, this one meets environmentally-friendlier power standards. Now, let's get a size measurement; 17.5cm(L) x 15cm(W) x 8.6cm(H). Please note that power supplies have to meet the ATX standard. This means that the width and height are usually the same, although the length can vary. This power supply has a black mirror paint finish and comes with an 80mm and a large blue LED 120mm fan. ![]() Some PSU fan grills are mounted on the outside of the power supply and this could pose a problem with some cases. Thankfully this PSU fan grill is recessed. The 120mm fan supplies more than enough air circulation though, and keeps the inside of the power supply cool when needed. ![]() Please note, the 120mm fan is controlled by a Turbo Fan Switch. ![]() When this Turbo Fan Switch is set to the off position, the 120mm fan doesn't spin. This is excellent for silent operation in a cool environment. When the 120mm fan is required, just push the Turbo Fan Switch to the "on" position to intake air. Air flow inside the PSU is excellent when the 120mm is turned on because while the 120mm fans intakes, the blue LED 80mm exhausts the warm air outside the case.
This product
doesn't have auto switching so remember to manually switch
between 115V/230V before installation. Also, note the power
cable connection, power switch, Turbo Fan Switch,
Turbo Fan
Switch LED. |
