A closer look:
Before I have a closer look, let me highlight some of the things you should look
for in a decent gaming mouse. Finding the right mouse is really a personal
preference and there are a few main players; Logitech, Microsoft, and Razer.
There are many others that have similar products, which might also suit your
needs. Generally, find a mouse that fits your hand and has at least 5 buttons as
well as a scroll wheel. They also come in the wired and wireless variety. I
personally recommend a wired mouse because you don’t have to worry about
recharging the battery or lag when gaming.

The Diamondback model is available in three different LED colors; Red, Green,
and Blue. This mouse is ambidextrous, so it's designed to fit a left or right
handed person and has a comfortable feel and is nice to hold. The main body of this mouse is mostly clear
plastic, so the LED might be a little bright for some. I found that in a dark lighting,
while watching a movie on my computer the LED was a little irritating. I
actually had to turn the mouse to prevent the LED from shinning in my
eyes.

The more buttons the better, and this mouse has 7 programmable buttons and scroll
wheel. There are two buttons on each side, two at the top (large left and right
mouse buttons) and the scroll wheel
which also doubles as a button.

At the bottom there are three
Zero-Acoustic Ultraslick™ Teflon feet which allow it to glide for better game
play. They include GlowPipe™ non-slip side rails that ensures a firm grim on the
mouse. It comes with a long 7 foot, lightweight, non-tangle cord. This mouse
also has a gold plated USB connector for optimal conductivity which should
result in less latency.
