Conclusion:

Nexus has a really great product here. Their build quality is top notch with the performance to back up the beauty. Installation was a bit more involved than we would have liked to see but was easy enough. The smaller foot print of the disk shaped fins was also a nice bonus.

Though this cooler did not beat out our recently reviewed Noctua chipset coolers, I believe this is a great product for anybody with a window on their case and wants better cooling for their chipsets. I would not recommend using this product for any type of major overclocking, but would suffice for those who want to get their 1.8ghz processors over the 2ghz barrier by bumping up their front side bus. Over all the Nexus NHP-2200 passive chipset cooler is definitely a Great product. Our thanks goes out to Nexus for their review samples and their continued support for 3dGameMan.com!

Final Remarks
Pros Cons
  • Better than stock cooling
  • Great Looks
  • Small Foot Print
  • Hook-style not very strong.
  • Installation a bit confusing at first.
