Page 5 of 7 Installation: Installation of this product is not very involved and should be a snap for most because all parts of the system are clearly labeled. It only requires mounting the main unit in a 5.25" drive bay, installing the CVS bracket into the expansion slot, making the power connection, CVS connection, temperature sensor connection, sticking thermal sensors on the hardware, and the four fan connections. Below I've made the CVS connection into the power supply, CVS bracket and the main unit. Not a very complicated by any means, but it's one some of you might want to see connected for clarity. The power cord comes from the AC outlet (wall) into the CVS, then into the power supply and into the expansion bracket onto the ZM-MFC2. The only downside to the CVS is it's size, but it does sit outside the case at the back so it's not in the way.
![]() CAUTIONARY NOTES: 1. Plugging in the CVS Cable of the CVS into the motherboard’s USB port may damage the motherboard and CVS. 2. If the current to be measured exceeds 10A (RMS), use a cable or conductor that allows current greater than the current to be measured to flow through it, and always connect protective grounding prior to use of this instrument. |
