Conclusion:

This is clearly a budget power supply that's intended for affordable builds. This is certainly not a bad thing since many people are looking for a quality, well priced power supply. Let's face it, not everyone can afford a top of the line power supply. The OCZ StealthXStream 600W Power Supply will definitely fit most budgets. What gets me is the noisy 120mm fan. After all this power supply is named StealthXStream and has OCZ PowerWhisper™ Technology. So you would think it would be whisper quiet, but it isn't. For this reason I really can't recommend it for a Home Theater PC build, although it would be perfect for a Small Form Factor LAN Box. What's important is it provides clean, efficient power. It has excellent bang for the buck :)
