Wow big difference-A lot more screen space-especially on the 6:5+site loaded in 2-3 seconds-it is definetly getting there!

Will we have an option to minimize certain parts of the forum page? Will there be an option to minimize a subforum section like we used to be able to do with vB?

there is no way to go back to the previous area. unless you press the back button which was SOOOO 2008 ;)

Also.. on the main page with the news. Can we have a reply notification or rather an indicator that lets us know someone has replied to the news.

Widescreen should be available very soon. Zach informed me he was gonna do it tonight along with a bunch of other stuff.

If you are a die hard forum guy/gal, you can select a new wide screen option from your user preferences (http://www.3dgameman.com/user -> Edit -> Theme Configuration). It's not perfect yet, but it should utilize your screen real estate a bit more effectively. ...and yes, I will will have to redo some content pages to conform to the wide screen-ness... ;)

I dont like it. Its way to compact, and I cant edit my profile.

EDIT: ahh, I found the wide option. Still dont like it. Why go from the best forum software to something you made yourself? no wysiwyg editor :(

Zach, i like the widescreen option. looks great.

The RSS feeds however say "video card" at the end of each feed. Its been like this for a couple months now and i have no idea why... i just forgot to mention it.

"Video card" is when Jared is too lazy to change it to something else for Pricegrabber. I'm not sure why it lists that information anyway.

Yea, this widescreen option is not great, but it will be tweaked and hopefully soon. Along with all the other items that needs addressing on this site.

Site is moving along nicely-WS is OK but could use a bit o tweaking-No more scrolling Menu is very nice-speed is a lot better.
Just a few small things left n' the site will be most of the way to rejaining SOME of former greatness!

IMHO the wide stuff can wait. I'd rather like to see these old large threads fixed.

I actually like the widescreen theme but I agree, it is not a huge issue right now.

You should also have go to top of page or something instead of scrolling all the way to the top. Looking better though.

I need those emoticons choices beside me, the ability to post image/videos from another website and of course, the poll for our fellow members to vote. ;)

BTW, is Tivon now Jared Maynard? :)

There appears to be more lag this morning when going from the main page to the forums. Also, there is lag when going from one topic to another.
