Hi from Portugal I always watch your movies on youtube. I would like to know if my current computer specs are good for gaming in the next 2 years. I have a core i7 920 @3.5Ghz, Cooler Thermalright 120, 6 gb ram ddr3 muskin blackline, motherboard gigabyte ex58-ud5, graphics card gigabyte HD 5850 1gb and the power supply is an OCZ 700 watts , i play in a resolution 1680x1050. thanks in advance
Your computer is more than fine for the next few years. The HD 5850 may start to show its age a year or so down the road but there will be some nice new cards next year.
witch one you think that would be better 560 ti or the 6850 black edition? tks

560 Ti is the better bang for the buck.
Your HD 5850 is good for about another year. Wait until next year around the holidays to decide if you want to upgrade or not.
I'd say wait another couple generations, maybe for the 8000 series. The 5850 is considered a pretty respectable card by all accounts. If you care to max out most any game you throw at it down the road, then the 7000 series may be worth looking into during the holidays.
i have the same 5850 and i like the card i will still use it till it dies or till i have money to buy a new one
It'll be 'good' for gaming in the next 2 years, meaning it would still be able to run stuff (unless we get some crazy breakthough). Like others said tho, your GPU will show its age (if it isn't showing already). Upgrade if/when you can.
