in my opinion, some felt it threatened Fallout3. but in all honesty, it feels a bit different in my experience. for some reason i do feel that Fallout3 is a better game, and i cant wait for Fallout: New Vegas, but ill give STALKER one thing, i sure as hell love the level designs a lot better. I also like how its in a way, centered around an event that really happened, bringing the player more in depth.

but lets face it. Fallout had a much bigger fan base way before stalker was even released, and it had no where near as much press as fallout. which also probably helped it burn out a little.

I am playing the newer stalker that came out not too long ago, and i am enjoying it so far. but i'm afraid its only a stepping stone to help feed my post apoc hunger until new vegas comes out.

I always have a hard time playing stalker games. At some point the plot is broken or I fail to follow the plot and can't move forward.

I loved latest stalker cop. It is so much graphically superior then any other open world game.
