2 2x4 gb memory kits not POSTing

I just got two sets of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226200&cm_re=mushkin_8gb-_-20-226-200-_-Product
I haven't been able to boot with all 4 sticks installed on my gigabyte p67a ud7. I tested all of the sticks in just one channel but how do I know if its a faulty memory slot on my board? I tried booting with sticks in the 3 and 4 slots and it doesn't boot either. It works fine with 8gb but I paid for 16.

Try using only one module at a time or you can try running Memtest with your whole kit.

Ok so after doing that I confirmed that my ddr3_3 and 4 were not working I was just about to fill out an RMA form but then I decided to check one last thing, a bent pin. I removed to cpu to reveal 1 bent pin in the lower right corner so i bent it back into place and now I can boot from either channel and with all four of my sticks thanks for the help :)
