5970 question

Would a 5970 go well with an ASUS P5K p35 chipset mobo , a Core 2 Duo E8200 @ 2.66 Ghz CPU and a 600W PSU? I know I can't get the best performance out of it until I upgrade but i just wanna know if it's compatible :)

It will be compatible, any pci-e card would be compatible with any pci-e slot on your mobo.

my bad,what i mean is .. would i be able to get at least 60-70% out of that card?

im not sure about that one though, but im pretty sure it will bottleneck the GPU.

Yep should get most of the cards usage-CPU though could be a bottleneck in some games

I'm going to have to agree with everyone else that the cpu might be a bottle neck, but also just keep in mind that ATI recommends that you have at least a 650 watt power supply with a 5970. That doesn't mean it won't work with your setup though. It just really depends on how much power all of your components use.
