so i was just chilling out on the interwebs when i stumbled across this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/80_PLUS and i saw the 80 plus Titanium, do 80 plus titanium even exist? i cant seem to find any PSUs with it.

i5 2500k@4.3ghz PCradeon6970 Gigabyte z68x-ud3h-3hp 2x4gb 1600mhz RAM CM690II

Yes, but very few and they are 230V.
