930 or 920

Idk which processor to get, the i7 930, or the i7 920, the only difference is that the 930 has a multiplier of 21, and the 920 has a multiplier of 20, and I dont even really plan of overclocking to 4.0, maybe 3.4, that's even if I overclock. So, should I pick the 40 dollar cheaper 920, or save up a bit more, and get the 930?

Both are pretty much the same. The 930 is newer and has a slightly higher clock speed but not really a huge difference. I would just get the 920 if it's $40 cheaper unless you're trying to get a good overclock.

Yep, for $40 less I would get the 920.
