Looks like it has a decent airflow. Probably not bad for gaming, but don't forget to check if you're desired video card will fit in there.

What kind of cooling is up to you. Do you have knowledge in water cooling? Do you have the budget for it? Do you really need it? First try the case on air cooling and if the components get hot then switch to water cooling. I bought myself, the Corsair H50, which is sort of a compromise.
