Choosing a motherboard

Hey so I'm currently looking for a motherboard to match my PC build.
I want to OC a i7 860 to 3.5 maybe higher so I'm looking for a board that's stable and affordable. It has to have a least one SATA the I/O and if possible within a reasonable price. I'm your average user. I game, photo edit, watch HD videos,etc nothing extreme.

GPU:Sapphire Radeaon HD 5850
RAM:CORSAIR XMS3 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
HDD:Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB
PSU: CORSAIR CMPSU-750HX
Optical: Sony Optiarc 24X

I agree with Razear. Go to Newegg and filter the motherboard search for Intel / Socket 1156 / Your price range and take a look at the highest rated or most reviewed boards. I am a huge eVGA fan so I would highly recommend a board from them, but ASUS and Gigabyte boards are also a solid choice.

evga's p55 LE is a pretty good board-might wanna check it out
