Do i need to reactivate win 7 when i change cpu

I have a amd x3 720be cpu and want to upgrade to a amd fx 6200 cpu. I have a http://www.gigabyte.eu/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4001#ov as a MB. I will upgrade to the latest bios for this.

Do i need to reactivate win 7 when i change cpu? I have a "free" win 7 prof i got a key for when i did take a cours in it-administrator. Dont want to buy a new win 7, because i waiting for win 8.

CPU: Amd x3 720BE, GPU: XFX 7850 2gb, RAM: Kingston Hyper X 8gb ddr3 , MB: Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3,
Case: Cooler Master 690 II Advance, PSU: Chieftec CFT-650-14CS

I think you will not need to reactivate Windows, you do not change your motherboard or more than 3 components...

Is it any point doing this upgrade when i mostly play games?

not really sure, it would likely be roughly the same performance in games unless you overclock.
