Eyefinity requirements

Hi, I am about to invest in a HD 5770 and I would like to buy 3 DVI screens set them up in an eyefinity setup. I would like to know if I need any special adapter or I need any different hardware to be able to have an acceptable performance with the HD 5770 in eyefinity.

The third display would need to be connected using DisplayPort. You can also use an active DP to HDMI or DVI adapter if you do not have a native DP monitor. Even though one 5770 would be sufficient for running three monitors, when pushing at such a high resolution it's hard to get acceptable preformance for GPU intensive activities like gaming. I suggest a more powerful card if you want to run Eyefinity with some decent preformance or you can also consider a CF setup.
