I've been looking at video cards lately and one of the video cards I'm really considering is HIS's

HIS IceQ X Turbo H695QNT2G2M Radeon HD 6950 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity

I was wondering if any one knows if HIS has a trade-up program or step up program or what ever you wanna call it, so far EVGA is the only bran that I know of that does it.

I thought XFX did but I was just told by XFX's support that they don't so . . .

Does any one know?

Also any other info on the HIS brand would be nice, I've have not heard much about HIS, in fact, I would of never heard of HIS if it was not for Rodney.
