Icons get randomly rearranged when switching from dual to single display and other issues with GTX 460 1GB

Hello I have a Palit GTX 460 1GB and watch media on my HDTV I have both that and my main LCD monitor connected to the system the HDTV connect via HDMI to DVI adapter and the monitor via VGA and now and again when I switch back from 2 displays to single display on my monitor (when I'm not using the TV any more) my icons get rearranged on the right hand side of the screen in a random order, this don't always happen but its a pain when it does.

I also have another issue when I'm using dual displays and I have the audio coming though the TV after some time the audio gets distorted (sound goes all crackly) and I have to unplug and re plug the HDMI lead to fix as a workaround.

Another issue (I'm not sure if all these issue are linked) but I use a DVI to HDMI adapter because when I plug my TV into the HDMI Port on the Card my computer seams to crash the screen goes blank and nothing works and the fan on the graphics card slows down its as if the card is crashing

Other then these issue the card works fine and I have no Issues with games benchmarks etc

Has anyone had issues like these and can anyone help?

I agree with this, I've experienced something similar with distortion when using multiple displays. It's usually a resolution issue.

It's an driver issue that NVIDIA needs to address. This used to happen to me with my AMD video card, but latest update of driver fixed (for now!) this issue for me. I use a bunch of displays connected to one PC and this used to be a real pain in the ass.
