I have had this problem for a while, My computer ALWAYS runs ether 80% load or once I move my cursor 100% load, I've used Window's XP(64BIT), Window's Vista (32bit) (64bit), And win 7 32 and 64bit, I am Currently running in Window's 7 UL (64bit) All updated Driver's Audio Chipset GPU and lan are the only drivers I have installed. Here are my Specs:

AMD athlon X2 5000+ 2.6ghz

M3A78-EM Motherboard

2gb of Gkill memory they run at 800mhz and a 1gb crucial memory runs at 667ghz

620 antec powersupply

Seagate laptop Harddrive, It restarts every 3 hour's it's starting to break, 5000rpm, 80gb

9800gt EVGA
