sorry but when i follow the link it keeps crashing firefox.
for gaming the amd phenom ii x4 955 or the amd phenom ii x4 965. for stuff like video editing look at the i7 series.

Ok but it is that my motherbord cant take a x4 cause i have that mother board that is in the pdf
