I get my new 22" monitor tomorrow (monday) and I need a good site/free software that well best calibrate the colors, shades, and gamma. What kinda stuff do you guys use?
Thanks!
i usually find it best to use defaults all the way across the board as far as color balance and gamma, stuff like that
the only thing i would touch is turning the color temperature to blue or user on the monitor itself
LCDs are good at being perfect imo
Typically it should come very calibrated-To check you can use quickgamma(free) or if you are a serious person then a spyder($100) -I use a spyder becuase the thing owns+I can just resell on ebay and it guarantees great color
