Power supply question

I currentluy use a Antec 500 watt psu and looking to upgrade my video card from a 8500gt to a 450 gts can i run it or should i upgrade

Asus p5n 750i board
Pentium D 3.0 ghz
4gigs ram
500gig sata HD

The PSU is fine but I'd change the CPU ASAP.

Setup would be fine.
Dont upgrade the CPU cause I am sure you are going to end up purchasing a new MOBO with that....that is just my opinion.
Wait for Christmas for a nice config system. ;)
