Quick HD 5870 Question

Hey everyone, so recently my beloved 8800 gtx burned out on me :(. Anyways im buying a new video card and am deciding between the 5850 and 5870. My question is will they run properly on the Asus Striker Extreme? Is there anything I should be aware of?I feel like a noob asking this question but the last time I actually did anything to do with computers was a couple years back so I gotta read up again.

well im not into chipsets and how some graphics cards might work better with some chipsets, but i know for a fact that if you have a PSU that can handle it, and a PCI-e x16 slot it will work. If it will bottleneck, im not sure.
