RAID 0 Tutorials?

So, I want to setup RAID 0. Are there any good tutorials that some may reccomend or If someone can take me through it from here. Ive searched youtube and some what the internet but can't find any 'Noob' friendly ones, so to speak. I configured some options in my BOIS but I might if missed something because my two hard drives couldn't be detected. Any help will be appreciated.

i recommend if your board supports it to go with RAID 5, you will need 3 drives but this is the best RAID IMO.
