Seagate Barracuda

I've noticed the Barracuda's are priced much more competitively than the WD Blacks are at the moment. Now I've got boot and crucial apps on my crucial m4 ssd. But is there a big gap between this hdd. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B005T3GRNW/cupcre06-20 And A WD Black? I'm looking for a quick capacity option at the best possible price.

I'd go for the Caviar Black just because WD provides a 5-year warranty and they tend to be more reliable than the Seagate drives.
