Hi
Is this PSU good and is it reliable: Seasonic SS-650HT 650W, also which one has better build quality this one or the S12II-620W?

I believe the 650W model is an older 80+ PSU that is no longer manufactured. Go with the 620W which is 80+ Bronze.
