Upgrade Memory or Get A SSD, Help please?

Okay, I have a 125 USD price limit,
Currently my memory, is 4x 1 gig sticks two running at 666.
I was thinking about replaceing them with two ddr2 1066 2gig sticks or one 4gig ddr 800 stick, sense my mobo and handle 16gigs and later on I may try to get one to three more.

Currently my hard drive is a Hitachi 400gb HDT725040VA380.
I was thinking of getting a Kingston SSDNow V Series SNV425-S2/64GB 2.5" 64GB SATA II Internal Solid State Drive and use that for my OS and a game/programe that deals with an almost constent need for rendering textures and models and also my 3d modeling programs as well as my Adobe photo shop program.

Out of those choices or a better one that you can come up with... What is the smarter/get more performance, choice?

Probably the SSD. But I might look at OCZ along with Kingston.
