Bank cycle time (tRC) Need some help

I have 3 modules of 2gig each ddr3 and I am not sure where to set the tRC / Bank cycle time......
I just ordered i9 720, EVGA Sli LE mobo and this ram KHX1600C8D3K3 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820104116&cm_re=KHX1600C8D3K3-_-20-104-116-_-Product)

I have already figured that i set the command rate to 1t if the ram can handle it (damn well better too)

I can't find the information, try tRC 36.

Your BIOS and www.CPUID.com will show most of the default  memory settings.
