and i also have
4GB of Geil 1333Mhz 9-9-9-24
pc3-10660
i tryed both together but i got instability and bluescreens
whats the diffrence between pc3-10666 and pc3-10660

You should always be using the same memory in one system. Mixing modules is never a good idea as you just experienced why...
PC3-10600/10666 or 10660 are all DDR3-1333 with a max bandwidth of 10666 MHz, depending on the manufacturer they may call it differently. However I would definitely recommend the same memory if possible a kit of 4x2gb memory for better stability.
What is your motherboard ?
i have an asus M4N98TD EVO
i dont really plan on mixing just had the geil stuff kicking about and thought i would give it a bash..
I'd say try both rams separately and maybe even run memtest on them separately to see if either one is defective. If not it might definitely be a ram compatibility issue.
Did you try lower clocks like 1066 and also removing any turbo / extreme settings in the bios ?
