help me install ssd

hello everyone. i am going to replace my hdd with intel X-25M 80gig. how do i transfer everything on that hdd on my ssd? want to run everything on that ssd. also how do i connect it to my power supply? do i need a new connector or just use the one i am using to power my hdd.

Create a full system image to transfer from the HDD to the SSD.

 

Just use the standard SATA data and power connectors just like you would your normal HDD for the SSD.
