I'd like to ask something about fan

Is it necessary to hace a lots of fan on case like 8 fans 180mm ( 6 intake (3 front 3 side panel) and 2 outtake at top panel) ? and about CPU cooler fans should I have faster RPM for intake and slower for outake ?

Generally, the more fans the better but this will also increase noise.
