Negative or Positive Case Pressure

Hi,

I have bought the Thermaltake Speedo Advanced Case and I have also bought extra fans for the extra fan spots.  I would like to know is it best to have more fans intaking air to create a positive (higher) case pressure or have more exhausting air to create a negative (lower) case pressure?  Thank you for your help.

positive airflow usually cools better and has a more defined airflow, not being distorted by the side-drafts of air coming in through little cracks between side panels or something.

air being blown at something usually keeps going in a stream but suction pulls the air straight from the vents to the fan, which might keep the air from a side vent from reaching the video card because it just comes in the vent and rides the inside wall of the case to the fan
