Is Quad Core processor going to bottleneck new video card

Hi there ...

I just been wondering if Q8300 or any old prosecesor from Q8xxx / E8xxx series is going to bottleneck new mid range graphic card, like 560 or 560 Ti. Does gtx 460 or HD 6850 the best they can support. Sould we really upgrade our components just becouse it has been 3 years since we buy them? Even if we are quit happy with it's performance?

I think you've still got a very capable quad core, you might want to OC it to avoid a possible bottleneck.
