Thermaltake Frio CPU Size

Hi I was wondering some people have been saying that this cpu cooler is huge. I'm sure it is but some complained they can't use it because it covers the ram making it impossible to fit a ram in teh first slot. Is this true or is it just the heatsink of the ram? If I have a heatsink on the ram that isn't tall will I still be able to fit the frio on my AM3 Phenom X4 955? I really need to know asap. Thanks and love your show. Keep it up.

install the ram then the CPU then the CPU cooler you should be fine! make sure your case will fit it.

yeh but from some pic it looks like if I do the CPU cooler won't be able to fully fit because a ram is causing it to be uneven.
