what's in it for asian countries from nvidia?

hi rodney, not long ago i brought a gtx480 in hong kong china as i live there from galaxy, and expected a free just cause 2 coupon from the bundle. only to find that on nzone.com that the offer is avalible world wide apart from china, japan and korea. is there another offer for china, japan and korea? or does nvidia have political or other problems with china, korea and japan? thanks warischoy
