which is better the Gigabyte UD9 or EVGA 4 Way Sli and why ?

I would go for the gigabyte due to it having usb 3.0 from what i have read the EVGA is Good but is only USB 2.0 if i'm correct. Also if monwy is no object get the ASUS Rampage III but go for the gigabyte if your going to choose but they are both good boards
